Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Lead application support across SAP BRIM components including SOM, CC, CM, CI, and RAR.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for production systems and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of subscription-based solutions.
- Coordinate and lead along with Offshore team
Required Skills & Experience
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM, with mandatory expertise in SOM/CI.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 full-cycle SAP BRIM implementations.
- Strong configuration and customization experience in: SAP SOM Subscription lifecycle management or SAP CI Billing and invoicing processes.
- Good understanding of BRIM end to end process in terms of SOM -> CI->RAR.
- Knowledge of SAP Convergent Mediation, Entitlement Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management is a plus.
- SAP BRIM certification preferred.
