Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP CRM software solutions effectively
  • Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
  • Optimizing customer relationship management processes to enhance client satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
  • Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
  • Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality solutions
  • Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
  • Developing a deeper understanding of business context and adapting to changes
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct
  • Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships effectively
  • Leveraging business process consulting skills to improve operational efficiency and client engagement

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
  • Developing business process improvement strategies for client engagements
  • Excelling in customer relationship management and customer engagement
  • Implementing technology solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Navigating ambiguity while delivering quality client solutions

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
