SAP BRIM Consultant, Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP CRM software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Optimizing customer relationship management processes to enhance client satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality solutions
- Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing a deeper understanding of business context and adapting to changes
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct
- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships effectively
- Leveraging business process consulting skills to improve operational efficiency and client engagement
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
- Developing business process improvement strategies for client engagements
- Excelling in customer relationship management and customer engagement
- Implementing technology solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Navigating ambiguity while delivering quality client solutions
Qualifications
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
- Developing business process improvement strategies for client engagements
- Excelling in customer relationship management and customer engagement
- Implementing technology solutions to enhance customer satisfaction

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
