SAP Basis & Cloud Service Delivery Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Service Delivery Lead to join our SAP Maintenance & Operations Center of Excellence (CoE). In this key technical leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end SAP technical managed services and guide key enterprise clients through cloud migration transformations. You will bridge the gap between technical operations and client leadership to deliver stable, high-performing cloud environments. Location: Telecommute.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical managed services and SAP Basis administration across enterprise client environments.
• Drive technical cloud migration initiatives moving SAP systems from On-Premises infrastructure to hyperscaler platforms.
• Manage ITSM processes, operational reporting, and service level agreements to ensure high system availability.
• Communicate operational status, risks, and technical solutions directly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical engineering teams to continuously optimize service delivery and operational frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• Practical hands-on experience with On-Premises to Hyperscaler cloud migrations.
• Solid understanding of Technical Managed Services and ITSM processes.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
• Preferred: Hyperscaler cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Preferred: Demonstrated experience in Career Level 10/11 or equivalent IT consulting roles.
• Preferred: Track record of working self-sufficiently in 100% remote team structures.

Pay

Salary: $40 - 50 per hour. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
