SAP Analytics Architect

Location: Remote anywhere in the US

About the role

As an SAP Analytics Architect, you'll bring expertise leveraged by client and internal teams for both direct project work and pre-sales/sales engineering. While you'll work hands-on, you will also be responsible for project leadership, project development, and practice (pre-sales) support.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our clients to lead, analyze, design and deliver data-centric analytics solutions and applications including statistical data models, reports, and dashboards
• Gather requirements for data warehouse solutions built in various platforms including one or more of the following: SAP BDC, MS Synapse, Snowflake, DataBricks
• Manage the delivery of client data warehouse solutions and lead solution architecture when required
• Understand how data can and should be leveraged as part of a cohesive strategy for analytics
• Assist with client pre-sales activities including scoping projects, designing solutions, and presenting proposals
• Use leadership abilities to drive cross-functional development of new solutions from design through delivery
• Demonstrate the new capabilities of advanced analytics to business and technology teams to show the potential of these systems
• Work with key stakeholders in product management and leadership to define strategy and requirements
• Work with remote teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines
• Offer insight, guidance, and direction on the usage of emerging data analytics trends and technical capabilities
• Develop collaborative relationships with key business sponsors and IT resources for the efficient resolution of work requests

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in leading the design and development of data and analytics projects
• SQL scripting experience with data modeling
• SAP BDC and/or related platform experience (SAP BW, SAP DataSphere, Google Big Query, MS Synapse, Snowflake, etc.)
• Strong experience in Data Warehouse ETL design and development, methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC / S/4HANA in multiple functional areas
• Communication and presentation experience with a proven track record of using insights to influence executives and colleagues

Pay

Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 + Discretionary Performance Bonus
