Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support MRO and sustainment processes, including service planning, repair execution, parts demand management, asset history tracking, work order management, and logistics support.
- Ensure deep, seamless integration of MRO processes with SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), Inventory Management, Procurement, Quality Management (QM), and Finance (FI/CO).
- Standardize and optimize SAP workflows to support complex aerospace, defense, or asset-heavy sustainment programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- SAP Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on SAP experience is required; 10–15 years of experience is strongly preferred.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record working within SAP Aerospace & Defense (A&D) environments, specifically focusing on MRO and heavy equipment sustainment.
- Certifications: No formal SAP certifications are required; heavy emphasis is placed on practical, real-world project experience.
- Citizenship: US Citizenship is strictly required due to the nature of the program/client.
Work Schedule & Location
- Location: 100% Remote
- Schedule: Compressed workweek consisting of four 10-hour days (Monday – Thursday, Eastern Time).
- Perk: Fridays off
