Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 12+ years in development and maintenance of applications using ABAP on HANA, HANA views, AMDP, ODATA, etc.
- SAP S/4 implementation experience
- Experience in working on logistic modules on S/4 system such as SAP FI, MM, SD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP programs including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF objects)
- Work on Object-Oriented ABAP, ALV Reports, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and Module Pool programming
- Develop and support interfaces such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData services, and Web Services
- Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of ABAP programs
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Work on S/4HANA developments, including CDS Views, AMDP, and code pushdown techniques
- Participate in full lifecycle project implementations, rollouts, and support engagements
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, best practices, and documentation
- Perform regular system checks to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with other SAP professionals to resolve coding issues and optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP updates and industry trends to ensure developed applications are compatible with evolving technologies
- Modify and enhance existing SAP applications to improve functionality or address user needs
Salary
$140,000–$150,000 a year
