About the role

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. It also includes creating and maintaining SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and OData services, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, optimizing existing ABAP code for performance and scalability, supporting SAP system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects, developing data extraction and transformation logic to support analytics requirements, designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards, stories, and analytical applications using SAP Analytics Cloud, creating data models and establishing connections to SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other data sources, building responsive and user-friendly visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights, and collaborating with business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows
  • Create and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and OData services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
  • Optimize existing ABAP code for performance and scalability
  • Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects
  • Develop data extraction and transformation logic to support analytics requirements
  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, stories, and analytical applications using SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Create data models and establish connections to SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and other data sources
  • Build responsive and user-friendly visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development
  • 2+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP programming including ABAP Objects, ALV reports, and SAP Script/Smart Forms
  • Experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or PP
  • Understanding of SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFCs, Web Services)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of ABAP programming including ABAP Objects, ALV reports, and SAP Script/Smart Forms

  • Understanding of SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFCs, Web Services)

Skills

  • Experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA
  • Knowledge of data warehouse technical architecture, infrastructure components, ETL and reporting/analytic tools and environments
  • Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, and OData service development
  • Experience with SAC Planning and Predictive Analytics features
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, or SAP Datasphere
  • SAP certification in ABAP development and/or SAP Analytics Cloud
