- Build processes to strengthen donor management system and successful stewardship practices
- Create weekly and monthly donor activity and fundraising reports to increase resource development
- Create technical assistance materials and training for staff on donor management system and related processes
- Engage professional development resources to increase knowledge related to database management and/or donor stewardship
