About the Role

This full-time Sanitation position is located in Clackamas, OR, right off I-205, supplying all of Oregon and Washington Albertsons/Safeway stores with bread, buns, and rolls. Union membership is required, and wages are set by the Union Contract.

The plant operates 24/7, and this role involves night shifts Monday through Friday, with some weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment as a top priority.
• Follow plant GMP (Good Manufacturing Policy) and all other plant policies.
• Wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) as required.
• Perform sanitation duties in a wet/dry environment, including contact with cleaning chemicals.
• Complete paperwork and follow directions accurately.
• Work indoors, though some duties may extend beyond indoor settings.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and plant policies.
• Must pass a drug screening upon hiring (drug-free workplace).

Sanitation experience is preferred but not required; the plant provides complete training and clear expectations for hired applicants.
