About the role

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is a subsidiary of GSF, specializing in custom last-mile distribution for the food service industry. Based in Frisco, Texas, QCD operates 25 distribution centers, handling over 37,000 deliveries weekly. The Sanitor role at QCD involves maintaining cleanliness across various areas of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Use manual and electric-powered equipment to keep warehouse floors clean
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lot, docks, and fence line
• Collect and separate waste for recycling and disposal
• Clean leaker boards in dry and chill areas
• Maintain break room cleanliness and organization
• Stock supply cabinets in break rooms, restrooms, and locker rooms
• Afford assistance with basic facility maintenance tasks as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of sanitation and janitorial techniques
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to safely operate an electric rider pallet jack

Schedule & Setting

The Sanitor role requires working 11 AM - 7:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is mandatory. Repetitive lifting of 75+ lbs is expected.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $21.00/hr
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
