Sanitation Worker - 2nd Shift (1P-9P)

2nd shift, Monday‑Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays required.

About the role

Join Clemens Food Group (formerly Kunzler) as a full‑time Sanitation Worker on 2nd shift. No prior experience required; the role involves cleaning and sanitizing equipment, production areas, and workspaces in a food manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on, physical position that requires lifting up to 80 lbs and working in hot or cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, floors, and work areas
• Operating high‑pressure hoses, sanitation tools, and cleaning chemicals
• Frequently lifting and moving hoses, equipment, chemical containers, and trash/inedible containers weighing 20–80 lbs throughout each shift
• Following all safety, sanitation, and food safety protocols
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assisting with janitorial duties as needed
• Working outdoors occasionally, as required

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to regularly lift up to 80 lbs (with assistance)
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)
• Prior sanitation or food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
