Responsibilities
- Follow SOP’s for proper drain sanitation
- Follow SOP for cleaning plastic pallets
- Follow SOP for cleaning of utensils and containers
- Follow SOP for bailing cardboard, plastic, super sacks, and ingredient bags/containers
- Enforce plant wide GMP compliance
- Assist with plant audits as needed
