Job Summary
As a Team Leader, you will lead team members to ensure high standards of performance, quality, production, and safety are met in a designated area of production. Duties include but are not limited to operating and troubleshooting equipment, training and mentoring team members, communicating production optimization opportunities, and maintaining documentation as required by law and regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Communicate opportunities for production optimization.
- Maintain required documentation for legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience and/or training.
- Physical demands: lift 20–50 lb, climbing, work in humid, extreme cold, and extreme hot temperatures.

Pay
Starting wage $26.54 per hour. Night‑shift premium $3 per hour (6 pm – 6 am). Weekend‑shift premium $2.25 per hour (Saturday and Sunday shifts).
Schedule
Monday‑Saturday with two rotating days off. Hours range from 5:30 pm to 4:00 am. Overtime as needed.
