Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities
- Empty out recycling bins
- Emptying/removal of trash; replacing can liners
- Dusting of all vertical and horizontal surfaces
- Cleaning glass and windows
- Spot clean walls
- Cleaning restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms
- Sanitizing all Bathroom fixtures, tables, countertops
- Dusting/wiping down communal surfaces
- Sweeping, vacuuming and/or mopping all floors
- Manage restock of essential daily supplies
- Stock supplies in necessary areas and assist with monitoring supply inventories
- Work directly with the supervisor and procurement manager to reorder or replace items
- Supply room organization: Conference and breakroom upkeep and overall tidiness
- Adhere to company safety policy and create a safe work environment
- Verifying all cleaning duties are being performed to standard
- All other duties as assigned by Sanitation Supervisor
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred
- Industry experience adhering to PPE and safety regulations preferred.
- Working with a team to complete a goal in a timely manner.

Work Conditions
- Considerable physical activity
- Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required objects up to 50 pounds
- Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job
- A work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
- Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures for extended periods of time, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises
- Occasionally has to use a step ladder for cleaning and organizing
