Sanitation Operator
for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)
- Use - for lists
- Use
for prose
- Do NOT repeat job title as heading
- Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings
- Preserve ALL substantive information
- Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions)
- Include section ONLY when real specific content exists
- Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text
- Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them
- Output ONLY HTML fragment, no html/body, no markdown fences
Looking at the content:
The posting starts with a paragraph about Niagara's mission and environment. That's "About the role" or "Overview".
Then "Sanitation Operator" - but that's the job title, which we shouldn't repeat as heading.
Then "The Sanitation Operator is responsible for..." - that's role description.
Then "Essential Functions" with a list of duties. That's "Responsibilities".
Then "Qualifications" with Minimum and Preferred. That's "Qualifications".
Then "Education" with Minimum Required and Preferred.
Then "Certification/License Required: N/A Preferred: N/A" - this is basically not specified, so we should not include a section for it (since it's N/A).
Then "Foreign Language Required: None Required Preferred: None Required" - also not specified, skip.
Then "Benefits" with a detailed list. That's "Benefits".
Then some legal boilerplate about Los Angeles County, employment agencies, etc. - remove.
Then "Niagara Plant Name TEMPLE" - this is metadata, maybe include as a short
at the end or in a "Location" section? But the rules say fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Since it's just plant name, maybe include as a note.
Also note: "Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand." This is schedule information. The rules say never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule, so we could include a "Schedule" section. But the rules also say prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include under Responsibilities or as separate. I think it's a specific requirement, so maybe include in Qualifications or as a separate "Schedule" section. The rules list "Schedule" as a possible heading. Since it's explicitly mentioned, I'll include a Schedule section.
Also "Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job." That's part of responsibilities.
Now, the "Qualifications" section includes both minimum and preferred. I'll structure as two sub-lists.
The "Education" section has minimum and preferred.
The "Benefits" section has a list.
The "LIFE competency model" part is a list of values/competencies. That could be under "Qualifications" or separate "Competencies" section. The rules don't mention "Competencies" as a heading, but "Skills" is listed. Could be "Skills" or "Competencies". I'll include as "Competencies" under Qualifications or separate. Since it's a list of behaviors, maybe include as part of Qualifications or as a separate section. The posting says "This position embodies the values of Niagara’s LIFE competency model, focusing on the following key drivers of success:" then lists four categories with bullet points. That's substantive content. I'll create a "Competencies" section (using h3) with subheadings for each driver? But rules say use h3 for section headings, and ul/li for lists. Could do nested lists. I'll make a "Competencies" section with a list of the four drivers and their points.
But the rules say "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So "Skills" is an example. The LIFE competency model is more like competencies/skills. I'll use "Competencies" as heading.
Now, the "Certification/License" and "Foreign Language" are N/A, so skip.
The "Benefits" section is detailed.
The legal boilerplate at the end should be removed.
The "Niagara Plant Name TEMPLE" - I'll include as a short paragraph at the end maybe under "Location" or just a note. Since it's minor metadata, fold into a short
.
