Schedule

2nd shift hours Monday‑Friday 2:30 PM – 11 PM.

Pay

$19/hr plus $1.50 shift differential.

Pay range: $15.48 – $26.11.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, breakrooms and office spaces.
• Wash and sweep inside facility and pick up discarded trash.
• Perform general maintenance of entire facility including warehouse and freezer.
• Remove ice and pick up pieces of pallets.
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris.
• Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are in good working condition, locked up correctly after use, and maintain stock levels by taking routine stock checks.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and pallet jacks.
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as –20 °F (–25 °C) in cold storage sites or up to 100 °F (37 °C) in dry storage sites while wearing company‑provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lb (9 kg); weight may be more dependent upon facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with various noise levels, which can be loud at times.
