Sanitation Associate

Role Overview: This position involves unloading products from trucks, breaking down pallets, and organizing items for storage or shipment. It provides assistance with warehouse tasks such as sanitation, inventory control, and product selection. The role may also include fueling, washing, and cleaning semi-trucks/trailers, as well as operating industrial equipment like pallet jacks and high lifts. Responsibilities: Unload and organize products, handle various food and non-food items, assist with sanitation and truck maintenance, verify product accuracy, assemble and label customer orders, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Additional duties include reporting damaged products, moving inventory, and participating in product rotation. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; warehouse experience and operation of industrial equipment are advantageous. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, follow safety procedures, work independently and in a team, and communicate effectively in English. Flexibility to work in multi-temperature areas and handle changing work requirements is essential. Physical & Work Environment: The role requires frequent standing, walking, and manual handling, often in a warehouse setting with moderate to high noise levels.
