Responsibilities
- Removes waste, debris and refuse
- Transporting empty boxes to compactors
- Monitoring outside of facility for waste and debris
- Sanitizing equipment and floors at end of shifts
- Cleaning and sanitizing tools and receptacles
- Other custodial functions as needed
Requirements
- Shifts available Wednesday to Saturday - 3:30pm to 2:00am
- Thursday to Sunday - 7:00pm to 5:30am
- Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00am to 5:30am
- Wednesday to Saturday - 7:00am to 5:30am
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all food production equipment and machinery
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitting and packing equipment and surfaces
- Working in a temperature-controlled environment
- Regularly lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifting and moving up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Understanding and adhering to all safety standards and requirements
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Speak, read, write, and understand English at an intermediate level
- Previous experience working in sanitation/janitorial preferred, however no experience necessary, you will receive training on your first day
