We need to remove boilerplate: EEO/AA, application instructions, "Learn more at ..." maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the line about EEO/AA employer, and the line about completing online application. Also remove "Learn more at ..." maybe considered navigation? It's a link to learn more; but it's part of About Us and What We Offer. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Learn more at ..." is not exactly those categories, but could be considered navigation? It's a link to more info. Might be okay to keep? Safer to remove it as it's like a call to action. However, the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "Learn more at ..." is not substantive about the job; it's a link. Might be considered navigation. I'd remove it.
Also remove duplicated lines: none.
We need to structure sections.
We have:
- About the role: The Role paragraph (first paragraph after Functional Area). Could be "About the role". It includes description of role.
- Responsibilities: The "What You’ll Do" section.
- Qualifications: The "Qualifications" section (What You’ll Bring). Could be "Qualifications". Also there is "What You’ll Bring" which is essentially qualifications.
- Skills: Could be derived from qualifications? But we have separate "Skills" section optional. The qualifications list includes many skill-like items: communication, problem solving, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, etc. We could put them under Skills. However we already have Qualifications section for education/experience. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine qualifications and skills into one "Qualifications" section, or separate if both have content. Let's see: The qualifications list includes education, experience, abilities, physical requirements. That's substantive. Could be one section "Qualifications". The "Skills" section could be empty if we don't have separate skill list beyond qualifications. Better to not create empty sections.
- Benefits: The "What We Offer" paragraph mentions comprehensive benefits, health, financial wellness, PTO, annual incentive bonus. That's substantive. So we create Benefits section.
- Pay: The Pay paragraph with starting rate, increases, top rate. So Pay section.
- Schedule: The Shift/Hours: Days. Approximate shift start time of 10:00 AM. So Schedule section.
We should not include "About Us" as a section unless we have heading "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description, not required. Could be omitted as not a standard heading; but we could include as "About the company"? Not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include About Us. So we omit that.
Also "Requirements" heading: we could use for qualifications? But we already have Qualifications. The instruction says use those headings for section headings. So we can use Qualifications for education/experience/requirements. Could also use Requirements for something else like physical requirements? But we can combine.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown.
