Sanitation Assistant - Rotating

Role: Dishwasher Responsibilities Participate in tray line functions, set up loading stations, and assist with assembling food trays.Set up and manage the dish room, supervise washing and cleaning of dishes, pots, and pans.Perform cleaning duties throughout the kitchen, cafeteria, and dish room, including sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.Serve and clean up for special hospital events while following safety standards and hospital policies. Qualifications & Skills Experience in tray line and kitchen operations preferred.Ability to read and speak English.
