About the role

The Pfizer Global Supply Rotational Development Program is an entry-level, two-year rotational role designed to provide early talent an accelerated training in the Pharmaceutical industry. Participants gain real-world, hands-on experience in various disciplines including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operational Excellence, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Validation, and more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on key goals and objectives for the company and contribute to its overall success.
• Gain experience in multiple disciplines through rotations in areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operational Excellence, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Validation, and others.
• Be assigned to high-level, site strategic projects that drive value to the business and our patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering), Regulatory Sciences, or Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong academic performance.
• Strong team skills with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Passion for learning and pursuing a career in the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, and initiative.

Requirements

• Must have successfully completed a Pfizer Futures Internship.
• Work Authorization: Must be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent or indefinitely renewable duration without Pfizer’s sponsorship.

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Office and plant environment, able to enter and navigate cleanroom type environments in manufacturing facilities.
• Able to work non-standard work schedules, travel, or work in different environments as needed.

Other Job Details

• Work Location: On Premise.

• Annual Base Salary Range: $60,200.00 to $100,400.00.
• Eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
