About the role

We are a small family-owned business seeking dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals to work in a busy retail environment and help build our community.

Pay

$14–$18/hour plus tips. Pooled tips (after a 90-day probationary period) typically add $4–$6/hour.

Schedule

Shifts are generally 7 am–3 pm and 1 pm–9 pm. We are hiring one part-time and one full-time position; weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Build fresh sandwiches in retail packaging or on demand, following given recipes and guides.
• Prepare all associated ingredients—dressings, condiments, etc.—according to recipes and daily pars.
• Assist customers at the service counter and answer phones.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of display cases and fridges.
• Keep workstations and storage areas clean and organized.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Follow instructions from leadership promptly.
