Sandwich Artist - Cashier - CSR - NT Air

About the role

CC Holdings is seeking friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team at Nature's Table Civic Plaza in Indianapolis International Airport. Positions include full-time and part-time sandwich artists/cashiers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to recipes and NT standards.
• Prepare orders in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner.
• Maintain and stock station according to cafe guidelines.
• Follow portion control and presentation specifications.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and maintain station, practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Ensure quality and safety of food by performing standard and additional sanitary measures.
• Work at an efficient and consistent pace.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist in financial accountability by correctly recording orders, receiving/giving change, and counting the drawer.
• Help train new baristas/cashiers.
• Support team efforts to maintain operations, standards, and concept essence.
• Deal with changes and assist in other tasks as needed.
• Suggestive sell and keep customers informed about products, promotions, and services.

Requirements

• Arrive in proper uniform and adhere to grooming standards.
• Set up station according to cafe guidelines.
• Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow portion control and presentation specifications.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and maintain station in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Understand and use equipment in the station safely.
• Handle food allergies and intolerances appropriately.
• Work efficiently and consistently.
• Have knowledge of food service principles, sanitation, and safe handling.
• Communicate effectively and listen actively.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Be flexible and adaptable in a diverse workplace.
• Show attention to detail in all areas of work.
• Have excellent communication and listening skills.
• Deal with changes and assist in other tasks as needed.
• Willingness to assist in other tasks when asked.
• Have prior sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR experience preferred but not required.

Pay

$14.00 an hour and up!

Schedule

Shifts available seven days a week from 9:00am - 8:30pm (shifts vary).

Sign On Bonus

CC Holdings is offering a SIGN ON BONUS through May 31, 2022 of $600 to full-time New Hires and $300 to part-time New Hires.
