Description

This position supports the activities and responsibilities of the Tow Line Department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Scuff Sand product coming from Spray Booth. Product includes doors, cabinets, trim and final top coat.
• Scuff Sand product following the grain direction of the wood utilizing a sanding block.
• Visually inspect product for defects to meet quality standards requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to work with others.
• Ability to stay on-task, follow safety guidelines and work process procedures.

Job Qualifications and Education

• Demonstrated skills in organization, planning, prioritization and time management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
• Employee is subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally; inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
