Sander 1st & 2nd Shift

Your Role

Use a hand-operated orbital sander, prepare surfaces for finishing, and ensure our cabinetry meets exacting standards
Inspect incoming parts for quality and report any issues
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety guidelines, including PPE
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers across departments

Requirements

Requires ability to lift/move 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years related experience preferred

Skills

Strong attention to detail, communication, and basic math skills

Second Shift: $16.50/hr, 1:30 pm – 11:00 pm
