San Antonio Legal Assistant

About the role

Our growing criminal defense law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant in our San Antonio, TX office. We operate a busy and highly successful practice with 16 offices supporting over 130 Attorneys, primarily handling criminal defense misdemeanors and felonies with a focus on DWI cases. Our team is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to providing the best possible service to all clients.

Responsibilities

• Assists Managing attorney with clients via phone, email, and in person with questions or concerns
• Acts as liaison between attorneys, clients, and staff
• Enters new client information into the case management system and maintains the file
• Handles filing, backup phone operator duties, and other clerical tasks

Requirements

• Paralegal/Legal Assistant experience is required
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required

Pay

$18–23 USD per hour (San Antonio Office)
