About the role

Become a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA) through 2020 Companies, an outsourced sales and marketing firm. You will represent Samsung in a Best Buy store (location: Best Buy 447, Tukwila, WA 98188), driving consumer sales of Samsung phones, tablets, wearables and related electronics. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy
• Ensure consumers have the latest, relevant product information when making purchase decisions
• Build relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily trainings, collaboration and goal sharing
• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products that fit those needs
• Act as a brand evangelist, building confidence in Samsung products among Best Buy staff and customers
• Develop strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support team initiatives and goals
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis
• Provide excellent customer and client service in interactions with both customers and Best Buy employees
• Maintain retail brand standards via merchandising, security, installation and cleanliness
• Complete display resets as requested and during new product launches
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance; deliver accurate daily reports; meet or exceed monthly/weekly sales quotas; achieve high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high‑demand retail holidays
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
