Sample Solutions Lead
About the role
The Sample Solutions Lead is a senior individual contributor role critical to establishing and strengthening connections among our clients, business development team, and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of market research projects. This role serves as a strategic bridge across the organization, delivering proactive, consultative recommendations to clients on how to effectively reach their desired audiences through Prodege's sample solutions, while managing the end-to-end execution of custom online market research projects from launch through completion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultative, strategic advisor to a portfolio of clients, delivering proactive recommendations on how to reach their desired target audiences using Prodege's sample solutions and capabilities.
- Deliver exceptional client service by managing the sample execution of custom online market research projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
- Build and sustain long-term client partnerships rooted in trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of each client's research objectives and business goals.
- Act as a strategic bridge between clients, business development, operations, and other internal teams and business units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying and recommending enhancements to internal and external processes, workflows, and procedures that elevate operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Client Partnership & Consultative Engagement:
- Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all sample-related needs.
- Proactively consult with clients to understand their research objectives, target audience requirements, and project parameters, offering tailored solutions and strategic recommendations.
- Anticipate client needs and surface opportunities to expand the use of Prodege's solutions, contributing to revenue retention and organic growth.
- Periodic travel (1-2x a year; for 1-2 nights) to client sites to strengthen relationships, conduct business reviews, and ensure alignment on project goals and service expectations.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and competitive landscape to deliver increasingly relevant and impactful guidance.
- Project Execution & Delivery:
- Manage custom online market research sample projects, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Monitor project performance in real time, proactively troubleshoot issues, and adjust strategies to ensure successful delivery against client specifications.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with a high degree of organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment.
- Provide clients with transparent, timely project updates, including progress reports, feasibility assessments, and post-project analysis.
- Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with business development, operations, product and other cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are understood, communicated, and met.
- Effectively manage internal stakeholders, aligning priorities and expectations across teams to ensure smooth project execution and a unified client experience.
- Share client feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights with internal teams to inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market decisions.
- Process Innovation & Operational Excellence:
- Evaluate current workflows, processes, and procedures — both internal and client-facing — and confidently recommend improvements that drive efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and take ownership of designing and implementing solutions, including new tools, templates, communication frameworks, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and playbooks for the Sample Solutions team.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging methodologies, and competitive developments in online sample and market research to continuously bring fresh thinking and innovation to the role.
- Mentorship & Thought Leadership:
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for junior team members (Project Managers and Senior Project Managers), providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the Sample Solutions team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in online sample, audience delivery, or a closely related area within the market research industry.
- Experience with sample management platforms and expert knowledge of the online sample universe.
- Familiarity with and ideally hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance workflows, improve operational efficiency, or drive smarter decision-making, paired with a genuine curiosity about how AI can be applied to evolve sample solutions, client service, and market research processes.
- Comfort with data analysis and interpreting data to inform client recommendations and project strategies; ideally has experience viewing, navigating, and extracting insights from business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma) to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders across cross-functional teams and business units.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to clients and internal leadership.
- A proactive, self-directed mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and recommend meaningful changes to processes and procedures.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and change; ability to remain effective and positive in a rapidly evolving business environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools, CRM systems, and standard business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,000 to $110,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc.
