About the Role
This is a 1st shift position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM) focused on sample registration and related duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform sample receipt, sorting, and lineup according to Eurofins Scientific guidelines.
- Operate proficiently across two (2) platforms.
- Handle registration or verification for one (1) or more key clients.
- Complete training to become an effective trainer and onboard new personnel.
- Obtain GLP training and certification.
- Expand knowledge by shadowing/studying at least one technical and one non-technical department.
- Enter sample testing requests and other pertinent information into the computer system.
- Verify data entry accuracy to ensure alignment with client-supplied information.
- Cover co-workers’ duties during absences to ensure work completion.
- Maintain storage of retained samples per Eurofins Scientific guidelines.
- Keep records neat, accurate, and assist with filing as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment for self and others.
- Manage time to ensure high productivity.
- Protect proprietary methodologies; disclose only with written approval from the Laboratory Director.
- Follow all Eurofins Scientific guidelines and procedures.
- Respond promptly and willingly to client, staff, and co-worker queries.
- Stay current on industry advancements and trends as suggested by supervisors.
- Foster cooperative working relationships with all employees.
- Communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with intra- and inter-departmental teams.
- Uphold company image through ethical business practices.
- Perform other assigned duties.
