About the role

Full-Time, Permanent Sample Producer for a Monday through Friday day shift. This role is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade and connect with influencers in the field.

Responsibilities

• Pour, grind, and polish custom terrazzo samples.
• Tint quarts/gallons of epoxy.
• Organize and refill chip containers.
• Load and unload materials onto and from various containers, including trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilize appropriate tools to accomplish tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• One to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• History of reliability.
• Ability to work grinding and polishing machinery along with a variety of saws.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Must be relatively proficient with math skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
• Climb a ladder to a height of at least 20 feet.
• Wear appropriate safety equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, and balance regularly.

Pay

$19–21 hourly wage.
