Sample Login Technician I

What You'll Do

• Verify and log samples into the laboratory’s LMS system.
• Distribute samples to the proper areas of the lab.
• Verify sample and chain of custody forms match with samples and ensure samples have been properly preserved per EPA protocols.
• Evaluate samples received to ensure compliance with EPA protocols if applicable.
• Oversee samples receipt, logging into the internal tracking system, labelling, and distribution.
• Cook with project managers to assign correct analyses to samples.
• Assist clients who deliver samples directly to the laboratory.
• Communicate with remote clients regarding specific needs.

What You'll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior understanding or experience in a laboratory role is preferred.
