Responsibilities
- Interpret and enter client samples into computer system
- Manage large projects
- Maintain client files
- Deliver rush samples
- Serve as information contact at receipt of samples in an efficient and detailed manner with a high degree of quality
- Document receipt of stability samples and complete inventories
- Appropriately handle documentation
- Understand stability requirements – protocols, LIMS, storage chamber conditions, labeling of samples and storage positions
- Review stability studies
- Provide support for project managers and laboratory staff
- Compose business-appropriate communication (e.g., email, document) for client or internal use
Requirements
- High school diploma or college degree in related field
Schedule
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
