Salvage Associate

This role involves unloading products from trucks, breaking down pallets, and organizing items for warehouse storage. It includes assisting with sanitation tasks, fueling and cleaning semi-trucks/trailers, and supporting product verification to ensure accuracy and quality. Additional duties may involve selecting and assembling customer orders, operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. The position requires physical strength to lift up to 75 lbs, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication in English. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), warehouse experience, and familiarity with industrial equipment preferred. Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and flexibility to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Physical demands include frequent walking, standing, and handling objects in different temperature zones, with exposure to moderate to high noise levels.
