About the role

We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Salt Loaders to assist customers with loading 40-pound bags of salt and 5-gallon water jugs into their vehicles. This position requires physical labor, excellent customer service, and attention to detail when handling and stacking products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Load 40-pound bags of salt and 5-gallon water jugs into customer vehicles.
• Neatly and safely stack salt and water products in vehicles to prevent damage during transport.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to all customers.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance while on duty.
• Keep loading areas organized and free of debris.
• Follow all safety procedures when lifting and loading products.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 40-pound bags of salt and 5-gallon water jugs.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.

Saturdays Only, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
