Salon Support Representative

About the role

Zoom Tan is hiring Salon Support Office Representatives in Blasdell, NY. Positions start at $20 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for salon personnel to provide information and assist in resolving account or tanning booth reset issues.
• Receive and record details of high-volume inbound calls.
• Investigate and respond to emails sent by associates and managers regarding requests.
• Refer unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation and resolution.
• Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times.
• Be able to work well within a team environment and individually.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Must have exceptional attendance and work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Knowledge of salon operations and customer service principles.

Pay

$20.00 per hour

Schedule

The Call Center operates Monday to Friday from 9:45 am to 8:15 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:45 am to 5:15 pm. You would work from home on the weekends.
