Salon Sales Associate

This is a long-term, commission-driven position where you’ll deliver outstanding customer service, promote our brand and services, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Assess clients’ skin types and recommend appropriate tanning equipment and lotions.
• Explain the tanning process, including proper positioning and safety guidelines, and answer client questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized tanning area with well-stocked supplies and functional equipment.
• Upsell tanning lotions and products based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high professionalism and customer service.
• Build and maintain client relationships, keeping accurate records of tanning history and preferences for a personalized experience.
• Open and close the tanning salon on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales (highly preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work for long periods.

Preferred Experience

• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Pay

$16.50/hour + uncapped commission and bonuses.
