YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
- Learn and maintain strong knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
- Maintain front of house organization and cleanliness, including the lobby and product shelves.
- Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
- Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range
The Pay Range For This Role Is 17.05 - 17.05 USD per hour(NY - NYC Metro - Chelsea) 17.05 - 17.05 USD per hour(NY - NYC Metro - Hell's Kitchen) 17.05 - 17.05 USD per hour(NY - NYC Metro - Upper East Side) 17.05 - 17.05 USD per hour(NY - NYC Metro - Upper West Side) 17.05 - 17.05 USD per hour(NY - NYC Metro - Carnegie Hill) 17.05 - 17.05 USD per hour(NY - NYC Metro - Midtown East)
