Responsibilities
-Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
-Recruit, train, and develop staff through effective employee orientation and ongoing training programs.
-Manage scheduling and shift management to optimize staff coverage and customer service.
-Maintain inventory control by managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and conducting regular inventory audits.
-Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and cash handling with accuracy.
-Implement marketing strategies to promote salon services and drive sales growth.
-Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership practices.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon.
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
-Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Experience
-Experience in retail management or salon management is preferred.
-Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff members.
-Proficiency in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and inventory management.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
-Previous supervisory experience is essential; assistant manager experience is also beneficial.
-A passion for the beauty industry combined with strong customer service skills.
