Hammer & Nails West LA is seeking a Sales Associate / Member Concierge to join our dynamic team. This role is highly sales-oriented and compensated through an hourly wage and commission structure based on sales. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to advance to Acting General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to run a salon.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
• Handle customer and employee complaints and concerns.
• Utilize basic computer skills to manage appointments, inventory, and daily operations.

Requirements

• Salon and/or gym front desk experience.
• Strong sales experience is a plus.
• Membership sales experience is a big plus.
• Able to accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and organized work area.
• Manage inventory accurately.
• Properly open and close each day according to salon procedures.
