Our stylists are W2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay and steady tips. Our goal is to build a fun, supportive team culture!

Pay

Team members make up to $30–$34 per hour of total income (guaranteed hourly wage plus tips).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day salon operations
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists
• Deliver haircuts and provide services to customers (hands-on leadership role)
• Manage scheduling, metrics, and reports using salon technology
• Build and maintain a strong team culture focused on performance and customer experience
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment with problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate and support a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
