Responsibilities

• Lead the salon team and manage day-to-day operations
• Deliver haircuts and services to customers alongside management duties
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists
• Support a drama-free environment where stylists can thrive and earn high tips
• Use salon technology (e.g., Online Check-In, Great Clips App) to streamline operations
• Monitor performance metrics and reports to maintain salon efficiency

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and ability to train others
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with salon tools and technology (scheduling systems, metrics, reports)
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
