Responsibilities

• Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists
• Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, metrics, and reports
• Build a strong team culture and focus on team performance and customer experience
• Use innovative salon technology (e.g., Online Check-In, Great Clips App) to streamline operations

Requirements

• Active Michigan Cosmetology License
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology and salon tools
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
