Our stylists are W2 employees with guaranteed hourly pay and steady tips, contributing to a total income of up to $30-$34 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day salon operations
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists
• Deliver haircuts and provide services to customers
• Split time between salon management and hands-on styling, based on salon needs
• Use salon technology (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports) to manage performance
• Foster a fun, supportive team culture focused on customer experience

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and support a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (e.g., scheduling systems, metrics)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
