Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province) or enrollment in school

• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (e.g., scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
