About the role

We're looking for a Salon Manager to lead a great team, create an amazing guest experience, and help drive results. You'll split your time between salon management responsibilities and providing services to customers, depending on salon needs.

Pay

Start at $17.50/hr, with tips, bonuses, and performance incentives bringing earnings to $25-$30/hr. You take your tips home the same day.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage salon operations
• Deliver haircuts and provide services to customers
• Motivate, develop, and support a team of stylists
• Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling and metrics

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility

• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
