Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day salon operations
• Deliver haircuts and salon services to customers
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists
• Manage schedules and create a strong salon culture
• Utilize salon technology (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports) to track performance and operations
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a focus on team performance and customer experience

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to motivate and support a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (e.g., scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
