Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of stylists to deliver great haircuts and customer experiences
• Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, metrics, and reports
• Coach and develop stylists to grow their technical skills and confidence
• Use salon technology (e.g., Online Check-In, Great Clips App) to streamline operations
• Ensure a high-volume, fast-paced environment runs smoothly and efficiently
• Balance administrative duties with hands-on haircutting based on salon needs

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and ability to mentor others
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication and team motivation skills
• Strong organizational skills for managing salon operations
• Comfort with technology, including scheduling systems and performance metrics
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
