- Lead and inspire a team of stylists
- Manage day-to-day salon operations
- Deliver haircuts and provide services to customers
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists
- Grow salon success and maintain a fun, supportive environment
- Use salon technology (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports) to manage operations
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
