About the role

JCPenney Salon is seeking talented Estheticians to join our dynamic team. As a licensed beauty professional, you will consult with clients to assess their beauty needs and provide appropriate skin care and hair removal services.

Responsibilities

• Engages with clients to build trust and provide personalized services
• Provides comprehensive skin care treatments such as facials, extractions, and cleansing
• Offers hair removal services to help clients feel confident and secure
• Participates in salon operations by maintaining a clean and well-stocked treatment room
• Builds your business by identifying and attracting new clients

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is USD $15.15/Hr - USD $16.00/Hr, with a commission-based pay structure that includes service sales, retail commissions, and bonuses based on credential level and productivity.
